1. The travel agent was very helpful and coordinate with us through out 2. Vietnam is a fantastic country and people are very polite and helpful. The places are scenic and tourism is very well regulated 3. All tours were on time and as per what was promoted on photos Cons 1. We took a 5 star overnight ambassador cruise and 5 of us ended up with food poisoning. Although promoted as a luxury cruise, the quality of food seems suboptimal. 2. The English speaking guides at few places hardly spoke any English 3. One of the hotels had broken plumbing without hot water for 2 days !!!

hmir are sweet-spoken but, they do charge exorbitantly for every service/product and, you need to be good enough to bargain as the price quotes were almost 10x more than reasonable. The RoadToTrip agent - Pankaj Giri was very helpful and available when needed but, contacting him at every location was not feasible. The hotel and cab arrangements were well-managed.

tour guide informed us that we can do the snorkling. The plan need to be known in advance to wear the necessary cloths. 2nd, sometimes pickup times are very early in the morning - even we don't get good time to have a breakfast in hotel. Min pickup time should be post 8:30 AM. We have asked to get ready for pickup by 7 am. How is it possible to get ready by 7 with breakfast. We come for leisure and this early pickups are not good experience.

y package rate rent higher from 47500 to 54000 approx, just because the hotel went under maintenance, The booking could have been shifted to other hotel immediately but the Travel agency took their sweet time and due to that the hotel rate went higher as it was peak time already, this happened 5-6 days before the trip. Which costed me 4.9k extra. But the trip went very well and peacefully, But for suggestion please avoid the above issue and follow up with the hotels and keep a backup.

r the same could not be completed due to rainfall. however even without asking mr. rashid arranged the tickets on another day. Hotel de pebbles suggested by travel agency was very good . The owner there was extremely polite. 2. the resort at havelock was a beautiful property and photoshoot at radhanagar beach was very beautiful. Radhanagar beach was very beautiful and serene.. 3. Mr surojit at neil island provided good hospitality even while he himself was struck with fever. The bad: 1. Day 1 was disaster due to bad weather and poor maintenance/ arrangement of tourist spots by govt in port blair. 2. our seats in ferries from port blair to havelock and neil were in the middle thus offering no access to sea view. Seat selection by travel agency could have been better. 3. Due to bad road conditions , Natural bridge at neil was closed and all the sunset views were shrouded by clouds. Though if not for natural bridge (about which I don't know) i think one can skip neil island as there is nothing much to see here. The ugly: 1. The stay at pearl park beach resort at neil was disastrous. The staff as well as food at the resort there is pathetic. the resort is at a very good location. except for that evrything there is bad. the maintenance, cleanliness . This was further ruined by a very poor selection of rooms by travel agency. even though i explicitly told that i wanted a luxurious stay at havelock and neil, the rooms at neil were worse than any room i have ever stayed , including any oyo room.
